Who are Gen Y&Z?
Generation Y refers to the generation of the Millennial's born between 1981 and 1996 while gen Z is the generation born between 1997 and 2012.
Both generations Y&Z are largely influenced by technological innovations. Technology is part of our everyday lives: all our activities are mediated by a screen. The concept of on and off is completely integrated into our lives.
Unlike previous generations, because of the past and current economic crisis, the world requires us to be better trained to get a job, get promoted and to maintain a high level of performance as competition is ever increasing and they way businesses operate are continuing to evolve.
Gen Y&Z are not satisfied with the world around them and are ambitious and want to achieve their goals.
With all that being said, we could all do with a help in hand , a point in the right direction or lean on some expert advice in order to achieve those goals.
